Hurricanes Ike & Gustav : Turn Key Disaster Response Base Camps

Period of Performance: 9/14/08 – 12/28/08

Provide full service base camps to include food service, billeting with raised flooring, showers, toilets, potable and wastewater systems, self service and fluff and fold laundry, power generation, HVAC, initial site improvements, grounds maintenance, solid waste management, satellite communication, wireless internet, recreations facilities and onsite medical services. Upon contract award camps were constructed and fully operational in less than 72 hours. Camps were a 2000 person facility at Beaumont TX and a 500 person facility at Orange TX. Deployed provided all staffing, supervision, supplies, equipment and subcontractors to complete requirements. Contract required supporting a total capacity of 2,500 persons simultaneously at 2 locations (2000 persons at Beaumont TX and 500 persons at Orange TX) over the 3.5 month period. Daily project reporting and inventory management was managed via web based reporting platform developed by Deployed. Deployed performed daily Quality Control management in accordance with our ISO 9001:2000 certified program. All contract parameters and milestones were met and maintained during operational period.

Hurricane Katrina : Responder Support

Location: Multiple Locations in Louisiana
Period of Performance: 28 Aug 05 through 1 Jun 06

Provided 5 turnkey base camps concurrently throughout the State of LA supporting 6,450 First Responders for Hurricane Katrina. Services included billeting, facility control, security, medical, food service (hot meals), showers, toilets, laundries, potable water systems, wastewater treatment systems, temporary power and HVAC, recreation facilities, and communication centers to include wireless internet and phone fax centers.
